For this client project, we started mostly from a blank canvas as I was tasked with creating a warm and welcoming environment for their new home. After understanding the client’s needs, we focused on incorporating a Japandi theme—a classic blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian warmth, emphasizing clean lines, natural materials, and a serene, clutter-free aesthetic. I sourced furniture and accent decor while ensuring we stayed within the client’s budget. To maximize resources, I suggested DIY solutions for select projects, including transforming a farmhouse-style entertainment system into a sleek, modern centerpiece that seamlessly complemented the theme. The result was a harmonious, inviting space that reflected the client’s vision while maintaining functionality and style.
