This living room/dining room project perfectly embodies the essence of a warm/moody interior. When my client reached out, they wanted to create a fresh atmosphere in their home — especially with the holidays approaching. What began as a cool, neutral-toned space evolved into a rich, inviting environment filled with character.
The wheat-colored rug takes center stage in this design, its vibrant tone setting the foundation for a cozy yet lively atmosphere. Its plush texture adds warmth, while its golden hue creates a rich contrast against the dark fireplace and deep grey leather chair.
This moody tablescape exudes warmth and rustic charm, combining earthy tones with bold textures. The black ceramic vase holds an arrangement of dried brown grasses and vibrant yellow billy buttons, creating a striking contrast.
