Bringing a new touch to New Rule.

For New Rule, I was hired as creative director, photographer, and and social media/web designer to enhance the overall quality and reach of the brand. Through this ongoing collaboration, I have developed a cohesive visual identity, executed high-quality photography, and designed engaging digital experiences that elevate the brand’s presence across platforms. My contributions include sourcing photoshoot locations that align with the brand’s lifestyle aesthetic, directing and photographing shoots, modeling garments when necessary, and creating motion graphics. I also edited images and designed compelling social media content—including copywriting and structured content layouts—to ensure a strong and consistent brand narrative.

Social Media Design

I believe that it is important and also (fun) to find creative ways to stand out in a competitive market —

like how I shot these photographs for an upcoming t-shirt release and turned it into a gif for social media promo.

As a product based business, it was important to approach each product release not only from a standpoint of selling a product, but yet finding ways to continuously connect with and build a community with their audience. Each photoshoot was thoughtfully curated — where we would scout locations for the shoot days prior and create moodboards to ensure everything aligned with the brands’ vision.

  • For this project, I researched social media platforms like Pinterest and Instagram to gain a sense of direction.

  • I also collaborated with the brand owner on securing the theme of this project.

  • Considering the streetwear clothing market, small yet significant details such as the poses and clothing were intentional

  • We incorporated behind the scenes photos shown with the brand owner and models.

  • This was to give their community a sense of connectivity behind the scenes.

  • This was an opportunity to highlight the brands’ mission, Rise Up, Lead and Empower by showing what it takes to execute on a vision.

  • Ultimately, this project strengthened the brand’s identity, reinforced its mission, and showcased the product’s versatility, highlighting how it can be styled and worn in different ways to appeal to a diverse range of customers.
